I was thinking about this a few days ago, Real will be our biggest challenge to keep this guy here. They've won only 1 league title in 7 years and Barcelona have been shitting on them. With Zidane back then I guess the galactico project will get more aggressive.

I'm pretty sure Real will go after him now and will offer us something crazy that we won't be able to say no to. Pogba to Real will be what everyone talks about next summer.

Or, Beppe and Andrea decide to keep him for a few more years but that would mean us handing out our first 10m a year contract.

If they offer him like 3 or 4 mils more than us, a serious project under Zidane, and Zidane himself proposes Pogba to be his understudy in the arts of the midfield... i dont know how we will convince him to stay.

And thats not even taking in consideration the absurd offer we will receive.
(Something like Isco + 60 mils? or in those lines?)

Juventus will need to consider potential earning they might lose if they decide to sell him. He's quickly developing into one of the most popular players in the world, his marketing potential is tremendous and with players like Dybala and Pogba this club can make it to another level. I think when the time comes we will make an exception and increase his salary above the current cap. The club has enough pull atm. His current salary is around 6,5m with various bonuses included, which is a rather good salary for any young player.

As we continue to grow financially I think our salary cap will also increase.

We have to remember that Pogba is a big part of Juve's pulling power. We need him to build our name, attract new fans, increase our earnings throughout various sponsors and contracts.

If we sell him, all we'll be able to do is to buy a lot of expensive players that won't be WC (many Pogba-sellers claim they'd be). Isco won't come here now and how the hell would he want to come here after we sell Pogba? We need Pogba here, to attract other players. We're already past that moment when we needed to do sideways moves to stay competitive. The all the time mentioned Bayern model doesn't assume selling your best players every Summer. We have to increase the salary cap sooner or later and I hope we'll do it for Pogba. Players like Pogba and Dybala are the faces of the new Juve and they should be for years to come.

We don't need the money from Pogba's sale anyway. The squad is much younger now, all we need is to add a couple of players every Summer and we should be good.

In Pogbas case, this is ano brainer. It must happen.

While i agree with all this, all what you are mentioning is from a Juventus POV. But, what about what Pogba feels and thinks?. The offer i proposed above from Zidane looks very tempting from Pogba´s perspective. If Zidane manages to improve that team until the end of the season, he could tempt pogba to go there and if i was Pogba i would think about it. Zidane is a national hero and a legend of the game. Pogba can learn a lot from him.

About Isco, is not totally on his hands. If selling Isco is the key to getting Pogba... then real madrid will do what they know best: to treat players like shid and ask Isco to cooperate and leave.
Isco is a merengue...but Pogba is exactly the kind of galactico you can market the shid out and a player who will shine bright for the years to come.

Yeah but I don't see why Isco would even want to come here. The kid is so much in it at Madrid he's ready to suffer on the bench just to wait a little bit longer for his chance. I guess for him there's nothing above Madrid (well, Barca could but I don't know his personal feelings about that).

Isco is just like Gotze at Bayern and we know how it ended with Mario. This season he's again struggling with injuries, he's no starter there but he doesn't even wink at any other destination. These players unless thrown out of their clubs, won't leave on their own IMO.

Is not that Isco will be jumping on one leg to come here....i know he will not want to. But f he is the key to a deal..florentino will sacrifice him because Pogba is one of a kind.

IMO Madrid doesn't make too much sense for Pogba because he knows he still will be there second to Barca. Barca is the real threat, because Pogba wants to be the best and Barca want only the best players.

I wouldn't take Zidane too seriously because there's no assurance yet of him staying as RM coach beyond the Summer. He's nothing more than a gamble and they'll have no problems with throwing him out if a coin drops to the wrong side.
Besides... Pogba starting ahead of Modric, Kroos and Rodriguez is difficult and he realizes that IMO.
