TBH Pogba with #10 shits all over anyone we could buy to wear it, and I include the pipe dreams in that (Götze, Isco, Oscar) as well as Draxler, because he has already been here, done it, has the charisma, quality, strength, and a peerless profile for a young and marketable player.

I'm not a fan of players playing with numbers that don't really suit their position, but Pogba isn't miles away from a #10 if given a free role, as he looks to be more this year. With Vidal there was a bit of give and take, because he also liked to chip in with goals, but now Pogba has one holding and one combative CM behind.

With the departure of Tevez and Pirlo, Pogba is now THE talent and THE player to watch. Even if we do get Gotze, Draxler or some other young talent, it's Pogba that deserves this number the most.

Joking aside, I think it is better that Pogba gets this than some new random player because the players we are linked with are meh at best.

it's all about the money, and if we are to put together a competitive team. If he wants to be the best, i think he should stay with us, at least until the stardom of Messi and Ronaldo fade a little, because if goes there he'll be overshadowed by these too. And he seems like someone that doesn't like being overshadowed ( same as Zlatan). If we are able to put around him a talented team that is able to compete for to the CL, we could keep him to stay for a couple more years.
