Pogba is not worth €80M and as Zlatan said, with Asamoah in the middle, we wouldn't miss him very much.

yeah sorry to burst your bubble, but aasa doesnt score, assist, distrubte play, or recover balls as often as pogba does, and pogba is 4 years younger than him.

and this is inckuding his udinese days when he was a midfidler

There are tons of news today regarding Pogba's possible departure. Real, PSG... 70mln, 7-8mln/season... :sergio: sick of it.
He scored a winner, just wakes people up. This time of year really is one of the worst regarding transfers, the first itchy fingers start typing in anticipation of the season ending.

Asamoah is excellent at the middle, but that's not to say Pogba isn't. I was merely stating that it would be pointless getting a Pogba replacement when we already have one.

indeed. you need to actually watch the game to see how good he was. and not write shit in the Live thread.

and he will be worth even more in the future. hes 20 and has 15 years of beating the shit out of our opponents ahead of him. it really is scary what a player we have

Exactly this my man, people are posting way too much during the games, probably missing all the action on the pitch.

ofcourse i watch our games (from 1st to 90th+ minute). and yesterday i have seen a decent performance from a truly great player.
So you're actually praising Pogba's performance in the first half where he didn't take that chance against just the keeper, fouling carelessly, losing possession for most of the time? Seriously, if it wasn't for that goal which lifted his confidence, it would have been one of his worst performances for us this season.

Old and ignorant. I only comment in the live match during HT. In this case, after Pogba's horror show.

so you are expecting him to never lose the ball, allways take balls away without fouling, get past 5-6 players all the time and on top of that score every chance he has. you are aware that we are talking about a 20 year old that has about 7-8 years before reaching his prime.

I did not say that. It's easy to notice that he has not been the same player for us in the last couple of weeks. It could be a spell of bad form, it could be the WC and it could be something else, but his performances as of late deserve criticism. And before you intentionally twist my words, I don't want us to sell him, but we'll certainly do and it'd be a shame, but it's inevitable.

I will post some stats of his allegedly bad performance:

49 passes, 85% completion, 9 duels won, 8 recoveries, 1 tackle, 1 interception, 1 created chance
Marchisio who according to most had a good game and I wholeheartedly agree:
36 passes, 89% completion, 3 duels won, 8 recoveries, 3 tackles, 2 inteceptions, 0 created chances.

1st you are right we shouldnt sell him and we are not going to do so. if all three of Agnelli, Marotta and Conte say we will keep him i believe them.

he hasnt been as good as before because he was in world class form before and we got used to that. what hes showing these last 2-3 months is also amazing for a 20 year old if you take all facts into consideration. he leads the team (along with Vidal) in minutes played and matches played in all competitions. he came here after a U20 world cup where he played all matches, handt had time to rest propertly and got into Conte summer training system almost imediatly. this really makes you realise what a beast he is. and if he has a drop in form for a month or two (from world class to whatever class is bellow) then we cant really be mad at his performances. he will sign a new contract and will be truly great for us again.
