TBH I think that Asamoah would do a very good job in his place on the left of the midfield trio. If the rumours about us signing Lulić are true, then that may very well be the plan for next season.

Well the interview about his contract is everywhere. He seems to think he is underutilized too, not being played to his strenghts... I guess this have to do with the 'safer' approach people here are seeing in his play.

I can't tell whether its good or bad news really. I mean he is certainly reviewing his options, but then anyone does it these days. Well nothing interesting for us or the club - after the WC they can have a chat and decide - the money bag or a new contract. TBH about the whole situation - his recent play does no good to his negotiation tactic, unless he has an amazing WC I can't see him getting a better contract after than he would have gotten so far.
