How did Vidal manage to fly under the radar of the big clubs (apart from Bayern) anyway? Not even our informed scouts here on Tuz had much to say about him when we were first linked.
The funny thing is, (apart from my Greatness) Janna and Badass were the only two who seemed to know and rate Vidal high back when the very first link appeared. The rest hardly knew him.

I hope we don't sell Pogba. I'm afraid those money wouldn't be reinvested well enough and not because our management isn't capable but we'll face a lot of problems with situation like that. Every club will rise their demands knowing we have the cash. Other than that is wage cap and club appeal. If someone thinks Di Maria will drop starting 11 in Madrid to come here - then you are mistaken. Ancelotti rates him and won't let him go. Besides his price will be 40m easily looking at their last year sales.

I can't see 'top' players we'd be able to get to improve the squad in a proper way. Juve might find itself in a situation where the squad will be weakened by Pogba's sale and then we won't be able to buy players Conte would want.

People who want Di Maria and the likes have to realize we'd probably end up with Cuadrado (for a fee close to 30m) or something like that. That's what I mean.

Looking at some of his clumsy errors and his poor disciplinary record before his arrival I thought we were replacing Felipe Melo for another Melo.

His agent said no other club contacted him yet. He also said how Juve is important for him, he wants to win league and EL. But he also said if Mona Lisa is to be sold it's easy to find buyers.

I'd renew a contract with Pogba asap. As already been said, I doubt we can get a proper replacement for Pogba this summer even we have lots of money.
Also, there is no need to sell him now, we don't have need in money, our club is growing step by step and there is no need in huge investment. We are in good position, Pogba is young and a huge talent, his value will only grow. We can sell him later, at the moment when we can't afford his salary anymore.
At this point, give him 4-5mln salary a year and win CL with him ;)

When did Marotta have 70m to spend in one chunk? Never. So you don't know.
I'm pretty sure we'd spend €35m, or two lots of €25m (as examples), if we sold a player for €70m. But as has been pointed out already, it would have to be a younger player(s) who would not be seeking mega wages. Griezmann would probably fit that bill.

The comment about Pogba interested in spending more years in Turin makes sense... but his comment about not hearing any offer is as bullshid as it can be.

In reality, everyday his cellphone just doesnt stop ringing with sporting directors all around the world offering him crazy offers for Pogba.
