You can't have that kind of certainties in football that players like Giabiadini or Iturbe will follow the same path as Falcao or Lewa. It can go both ways for them.
I was not saying that they will follow the exactly same path but with the work of conte they can be developed into a more tailored player to conte's tacticts instead of looking for garbage in this overpriced market. gabbiadini, berardi and iturbe have the potential to become of becoming very good footballers and with that said we can develop them into the players that we want. with a midfield of vidal, pogba, pirlo and marchisio these attackers will find a lot of chances to score and create goals so it would be a perfect environment for them to become great players.
Let's say we sell gabbiadini to Dortmund. Klopp will replace kewadolski with gabbiadini and you can staright away assume that gabbiadini will score 15+ goals. Why? because Dortmund will create hundreds of chances and we know that gabbiadini can take those changes. if gabbiadini stays at sampdoria he will rot because they have only eder as a attacking creative player whereas at Dortmund they will have reus, gundogan, Aubameyang, Mkhitaryan which will provide assist after assist. then gabbiadini becomes world known and a top class player. This is called low cost low risk investment. same investment that we used with the likes of del piero, zidane, Chiellini, vidal, pogba, etc... it is successful and it WILL WORK.
