If were we to get 80m would it be possible to spend 40 on transfers and keep the other 40 in reserve for the following season?

To me 80m spent on 3 top players all at once could upset the harmony in the team and we may need to replace some aging players the following season anyway.

40m with our normal transfer budget plus sales for 2 seasons would benefit us in the long term.

Wow so many bs in here.

Guys we won't sell Pogba for any price as long as he's happy here. If he says he wants to go we'll let him do that but otherwise: no! We cannot afford to let him go now when his price and talent are simply sky rocket. If he's valued 60m right now after the world cup he'll be 70-80m. He also can't leave because Conte would probably go as well. After every season he says the club has to back him up if he's to stay. Besides imagine what kind of signal you give to other players if you sell Pogba? Juve are not broke our finances are getting better and better and Rome wasn't built overnight. It takes time.

You simply forget that those 70m we could possibly get are nothing because it's not transfer fee that is the problem for us but wages. In order to keep high earners you need a much better revenue than we currently have. Aguero, Cavani earn ~10m how do you want to pay that? Transfer fee is easily paid because you take a loan and pay it. With wages you've got that problem it's not a single cost but constant.

Juve has to go the same way they started since Agnelli and Marotta took over. It's working and the club need more time to reach EU's fines level. We don't buy expensive players with huge wages and it won't change so fast. If last season Marotta could refuse huge money for Vidal and the season before he could refuse big offers for Marchisio and Vidal (again) so why not now? This team doesn't need revolution we probably won't buy more than 2-3 players anyway.

Man I hope we don't sell him or Vidal but how much will they resist if these offers keep coming. Now its PSG, then it will be Real or Chelasea... Eventually Agnelli will bite and sell. :scared: Its only a matter of time...

If Agnelli does that, he is an idiot. I dont think he is an idiot so lets stay calm for now.

Verratti and 50+ million for Pogba i think it's a good deal...you can't refuse every deal.

But we need to spend that money to bring high-class player(s)!

Buffon
Litchsteiner Barzagli Chiellini Rodriguez
Vidal Pirlo Pogba
Iturbe Gabbiadini Berardi

This is what we really should go for. like Dortmund does, we should bring top young 20-22 year olds and develop them into the type of attack we want. porto for example brough falcao at 23 and his Market value price was just 6 million. he was a raw talent but he developed to be one of the best strikers in Europe. if we are going to build a squad for the future buy top class youngsters like berardi iturbe and gabbiadini and develop them into our sanchez, reus or whatever!. it's not like sanchez was born this good but he developed to be this good.

Wehave proven that we CAN develop player ie. marchisio, vidal, pogba so we should with berardi, gabbiadini and we should 100% chase iturbe. verona can buy him for 14 million and they have the money from jorginho and we can offer something like 16-18 million (rather than spending it on cerci) and we could afford that by selling giovinco 12m and isla 5m.

so rather than selling pogba for 70m and then buying players like nani and manzukic, we can get these players and develop them into our sanchez manzukic and reus (I mean I am comparing their style of play). I am not saying that we should throw primavera youth products to the team but to bring experienced young serie a players and develop them into our next generation of footballers.

The best thing of having your top player contracted to a good agent is the publicity that his agent can generate.

Raiola has men in the media and so does Juve's PR office and they push such rumours to drive the player's price up. I want more of those rumours!

Please elaborate.

10 mil is hardly a big offer in this inflated market
