True, but you act as if i dont want this.

I do want this. I'm a big fan of pogba, but i keep beeing a realist.

We cannot be satisfied, we cannot give him a keystatus allready. He must fight and improve

Even if he stays on the level he's currently playing on, he would still be the key player in this squad. But he'll most definitely improve with years and become one of the best players in the world. Now, we need to sign that contract fast, because it's evident the more we stall the more money we'll have to cough up in the end.

I don't want Pogba to improve any further. He's in a WC level right now, it would be tough for any player to keep this level actually. Absolutely decisive. I just want him to maintain it.

He's got it all. Physical, stamina, skills, intelligente, winning mentality. Jesus.

I dont understand how he can be so decisive at this age. If u even consider that 50% of all games he has a part to break the deadlock or to make a comeback - doesnt matter if its a goal, assist or key pass he always does it... dont underrate him please. He maintaince a very good level of display every week in and out. And even on his worst day u always have the feeling that he can think out smth. Thats very rare he's just a world class talent, im so fuckin proud to have him in our team.

It's because I can't see any real further improvement in him, keeping this level already is an amazing feat. Hope he keeps showing up in big games
The only downside to his game at the moment are things you expect from young players, but you can see how quickly he learns. His decision making has been continually better, he doesn't just have flashes of quality, much more consistent. If you take his current game and add experience of a few more years at the top level you're talking about a hell of a player.
