Whatever money we get for Pogba must be spent very wisely.

Pogba would need replaced with quality and more than likely Pirlo will aswell.

Tevez will be wrong side of 30 and Loriente is getting there too.

Also we will need a Winger, left back and we would need to replace Vucinic, Quags and maybe even Gio though I expect Berardi or Gambadini to take one if not two of those spots.

I just don't see how 70 or even 80 million is enough to replace Zidane's heir

do you guys think Barca would ever sell messi? no doubt they have recieved countless offers of 100 million or more for him.

Pogba should only be sold if he wants to leave.

They kept winning for years, they achieved everything with that generation. They could keep him because they offered him everything best around him, which is not the case with us.

500m revenue, highest wage bill in Europe.

They dont need the money, they can afford to keep him.

Very different case from ours obviously.

well, they also ddn't shy away from offering him a good contract.

But then again Messi has been with that club for ages, so yeah different situations.

I only hope that Pogba's coming here so young, and winning a title and making the National team will make him have fond memories, become loyal and have a del piero style career with Juve (but not betray Juve like he did in his least season)

Problem is' Barca have money to buy whoever they want more or less. We cant afford or are not willing to spend big on a top name or two. And we've reached the point where 10M signings wont improve us short of finding another vidal

Thats what i would like, but even an optimist like me in the Pogba´s case can see that this will clearly not happen....at least not if we are not able to win the CL, or be a constant contender of it.

In the end im pretty sure we will lose him..but i just hope it doesnt happen soo soon,

I consider Napoli better in 2011-12 then 2012-13. Selling Cavani and buying new players didn't actually improve the team as a whole. But for 80m € I could come up with a few replacements for Pogba for sure
the difference is pogba isn't cavani for us.

but who knows, he could be that important in a couple of years.

:agree: we should not give in until really big offer. 150m or something
