btw fiat as a company might be in trouble, marchionne is in coma, he has been obviously replaced by mike manley (fiat-chrysler) and john elkann (ferrari) as caretakers. he's one of the top managers of the whole industry, he'll be pretty hard to replace on the long run.

all this talk for nothing if Pjanic stays though.
i seriously hope he stays. we can still lure back pogba next year.

btw there's no single player i'd like to have instead of pjanic. i'd swap him for pogba+thiago though.

That's a bit harsh, no? Especially the "LOVE POGBA" post.

He got a better salary, we got a ton of money. People are easy on the bad memories and forget we didn't have such a huge incoming transfer since Zidane. And we sold Ibra too. It wasn't a betrayal, but rather a lucrative move for both sides.
Surely fans, including me, despised it - but that's the thing about being just a fan. Moratti would have never done the transfer, but look where that lead him. And looking backwards - we certainly could have pulled out the money for his wages, but we can now effectively 'swap' him with Pjanic - if we wanted to.
We're waaay past idiots like him.

We'll see how much of a super agent Raiola is. He is great at moving around players unnecessarily but when a player needs a move in order to continue to progress on an upward trajectory in their career lets see what he can do.

Also from Mourinho:

“I don’t think it’s about us getting the best out of him,” Mourinho told ESPN. “It’s about him giving the best he has to give. I think the World Cup is the perfect habitat for a player like him to give the best. Why? Because it’s closed for a month, where he can only think about football.

“Where he’s with his team on the training camp, completely isolated from the external world, where they focus just on football, where the dimensions of the game can only motivate.

“During a season, you can have a big match then a smaller match, then one even smaller, then you can lose your focus, you can lose your concentration, then comes a big match again. In the World Cup, the direction of the emotion, of the responsibility, of the big decisions is always growing up.

“You are in the group phase, you go to the last 16, to the quarterfinals, to the semi-finals, to the finals. This feeds the motivation. This feeds the concentration of a player.”

“I think it was the [World Cup was the] perfect environment for him. At the same time, I think players in the World Cup, they really feel that extra commitment with a country, with the people, that extra responsibility that makes them – by the emotional point of view – to be sometimes even overcommitted.

“So, they play for the team, and only for the team, and the team is the most important thing, and they do everything to try to succeed. So, I think it’s the perfect environment for a talented player like him to focus, to full focus on the job.”
Basically saying that Pogba isn't fully focused.

Something is up. Kroos and Thiago are linked to MU. Long shot, but it might mean MU are looking for a midfielder! It also means RM/Bayern would have a free space.

This summer is gonna be epic!
