Juventus acquitted in Pogba case
By Football Italia staff

Juventus President Andrea Agnelli says the Bianconeri were completely absolved by FIFA in the Paul Pogba case.

It was confirmed in June that world football’s governing body were investigating the transfer, over suspicions that a payment to agent Mino Raiola could have breached third party ownership rules.

“FIFA’s investigation ended with no implications for Juventus, completely absolved,” Agnelli told shareholders today.

Raiola received €27m from Juve for the transfer, and documents released by Football Leaks suggest he was also paid by Pogba and United.

That left the agent with a total commission of €49m from the deal, with the English club paying €105m to the Old Lady for Pogba.

Juventus paid Raiola because a percentage of future sale was probably included in the contract Pogba signed with us in 2013, this makes sense
Pogba paid his agent, this also makes sense
Why the fuck would United pay Raiola? He threatened to take Pogba elsewhere if they don't pay him extra lol?

Some reason I dislike this guy more than Alves. I consider him more of a traitor, considering Juve built him up and took him from Man Utd when they didn't give him a chance. Would love to knock Man Utd out in the CL.

Whatever the case may be, like him or hate him or pretend you don't care about him leaving, for Juve to let go of the likes of Pogba and Vidal is a clear indication of the sort of small time mindset the club has at the world level. These are two of the best midfielders of this generation in their respective positions. We can all hide behind excuses of one being a traitor and the other being a drunkard, but the fact of the matter is Juve let go of two tremendous players who didn't believe in the Juve project.
Letting go of Dybala soon enough will again confirm this.

I agree completely, it is ultimately our fault. But Pogba I still a traitor; we took him and made him into the start he is today and then he chose to ditch us and go back to Man Utd. The 2016 season did us no favours, I reckon Pogba simply thought 2015 was a 'fluke,' and was not convinced by the project anymore.

Didn't believe in the Juve project? Lol. And what's the Man U project?

What he believes in is the pound sterling and Instagram likes.

Money talks, get used to it. From his perspective and ours, it was all about that. We have debts to pay off, so yeah, we'll take the obscene profit we got for him. We still made a CL final that season while he finished 6th. Small time mindset? Right.
