Show me those sites.

And no, it's not salary he'll recieve from United that was deciding factor here. Since they are the most/one of the most followed clubs around the world he prolly sees this as a great opportunity to market the hell out of himself and earn more money from various lucrative deals than if he stayed here.

There are more sites but everywhere I read its £300K a week gross.

I'm inclined to believe United are offering him double figure wages.

Way I mean is, what if he's leaving for 13m gross wags, effectively something we could pay him here. The decision has appalled me, primarily because I know Madrid were his first choice. But knowing he couldn't get Madrid, instead if staying at Juve, he rather trade that for a club not even in the CL. We aren't even his second choice club after everything we have done for him. Quite shameful.
EPL and United being one of the most popular clubs in the world were the deciding factor here. He'll get better sponsorship deals since his games with United will be followed around the world much more than if he stayed here, sadly.

@zizinho, Bale's wage is £300K gross a week.

When the exchange rates were higher back then , his wage amounted to €10M+ net annually. Which means he's still getting the same wage regardless of exchange rates. He'll soon a new contract which will give him a much higher wage btw.

Why I believe United are/will give that kind of wages to Pogba is because of his marketability. He's in the same tier as Neymar and Bale as far as popularity is concerned. These players command superstar wages and Pogba is on his way to become one if not already is one.

according to this, Neymar got 12M euros a year wages from his new contract. Messi and Ronaldo are untouchable at the top, Bale is at 10M pounds before tax if this site is to be believed: http://www.totalsportek.com/money/footballers-with-highest-salary/. Pogba would be 3rd highest paid player in the world if 13M net would be true, with wages higher that Neymar, Zlatan, Bale or Suarez if the numbers on these sites are correct. i simply doubt thats true, cant see why United would give Pogba so much more than they gave Zlatan

Pogba wouldve probably gotten a bump up in salary but its clear he wanted the big bucks and the spotlight if he leaves for Man U. Silly choice if he truly wants to win important trophies and be the best, he is still young but he will have a hell of a lot more pressure than he did at the start of this year with the number 10.
He is an amazing talent but still has to improve quite a bit, lets not forget as of now he can only really play in one position the left sided mid in a 3 man midfield. He has a long way to go.

There was no better sporting environment for him than Juventus but money talks I guess.

Like I said no clue but I feel like you're all in for him to leave and I haven't seen anything concrete that says otherwise. Shit the media was reporting he was wearing a red hat and shoes because of man u. Wtf I have a red hat and red sneakers am I going there
No one is for him to leave, they are just accepting the events and reacting to him wanting to leave, if they truly say they want him to leave they are just lying to themselves.

But refreshing of you to say you have no clue, you had spent long time professing STRONGLY that he will stay. Even in the day before even the very day his departure is being confirmed soon, you refuse to acknowledge that he is actually leaving :D

One season wouldn't have changed anything tbf. Shortsighted move. If anything, a potential CL winning run would've been a far better springboard to move to Utd (if they made CL next year) than abandon his current team for an el step down. Just don't see it. Only money. And those figures better be more than what we are willing to pay or I will be really pissed at the board.

Well yes I still feel something isn't right with this saga and lean towards a stay, but in honesty we know as much as these so called media experts. It's been a bunch of made up shit the whole time and no one in the know has given actual nod toward a yes or no so I tend to err toward a stay until I see definitive proof otherwise

Chevrolet following him on Instagram is enough proof that he is gone. Tomorrow is the day.
