Strange post and I don't see any connection with what we were arguing about. The debate is midfield or splash 94m on Higuain. The latter I find absurd that anyone would contemplate.
Not as strange as your posts after the departure of said names.

As of now we have

Mandzu, Zaza Dybala as our forwards.
Pjanic, Marchisio, Khedira, Asamoah, Lemina, Sturaro, Hernanes and Peryera.

Depending on how Allegri evaluates Pjacas position and how ready he is to play, going by reports for now hes replacing Pereyra. Mandragora will most probably be loand out or if he stays thats another name.

In terms of Fitness, both Mandzukic and Khedira have reoccurring injury issues and Marchisio out and Asamoah still not reliable.

With all this in mind, if anything our attack looks even thinner than midfield in quality and personel.

It is not absurd to think a reliable CM whitin budget and Higuain would keep us close to the same level, the quality and impact he will guarantee which non of the CMs in the market would atm and bunch of other signings.

If the rumours are true of Rakitic being unhappy at Barca that would be a good replacement. Thing is, it would drop Pjanic into being a regista and what would happen with Pjaca starting.

Dybala - Manz
Rakitic
Marchisio - Pjanic - Khedira

Dude, now you're imagining things.

Dybala and Mandzo are proven and reliable. Zaza proved to be a good backup, if he gets sold, we're prolly getting Gabi or some other forward. Pjaca won't be used in the middle. That's silly notion. He's most likely Morata replacement. His position on the pitch has always been more advanced, SS, LW/RW. Striker department is complete or at most need one backup, someone as a 5th striker.

Pjanic, Marchisio, Khedira, Asamoah, Lemina, Sturaro, Hernanes and Peryera.
Out of all these names only Pjanić is both reliable and starting material. Others fail the test. If we don't add more bodies here, experienced and free of injuries, we may very well end up with Pjanic, Lemina and Sturaro for the CL games, which looks putrid and far cry of last year's or even worse the year before midfield. I don't see how adding an expensive attacker solves this issue and it is entirely absurd to spend 94m on 28-29 yo. Think about it for a while.
