We did fine without Vidal last year, so its a hard argument to have on both sides. No, we didn't replace him. But our midfield still was dominating. Khedira was amazing for us, cost us nothing, then we all know his injury issues.

Still. It's not like the window suddenly closes the moment we sell Pogba. We still have time to work things out. IMO, just like last year, I'll reserve my judgement when the window closes.

So far we have had an outstanding mercato.
yeah I heard that story last year as well. Its still too early, we have time etc... in te end we ended up with dick in our hands (read hernanes)

Btw our midfield was weaker than season before, seeing how we struggled to maintain control in the middle at various parts of the games.

If Pogba is sold, then no, there is no replacement out there with similar characteristics. He will be replaced more indirectly, by signing other quality players, which may even force us to change our way of play. Who knows, all of it could very well be for the better in the end. It's far too early to tell at the moment. I also understand it may very well be for the worse, but I would at least let this entire mercato pan out first before jumping to any conclusions.

Every year we have been able to spend more. We are growing and I reckon in 3-4 years we will have that ability.

People need to remember we are trying to grow our finances/business model similar to say Bayern. That won't happen over night.
Bayern didnt sell their players who were on long term contract.

We're going in hard my friend, just wait and see.

Hell, wasn't Pogba injured and out of some crucial CL games in 2015 when we reached the final? If I remember correctly, he missed both matches against Dortmund. And he also missed the first Real Madrid match in the semis, which we won 2-1. As for the final, he didn't have a very good game.

Players come and go. At least they're gonna pay 120 million for this one.
He missed both matches against Monaco. He also missed the 2-1 win vs Real. In the final vs Barcelona he did little offensively and had one of the worst passing %'s on the team

Because they have millions more to spend than we do. You do realize they make more money than Juventus, right? It's THEIR business model we are trying to grow too
Wtf are you on?

Bayern rejected Reals offer for Ribery when they(real) were miles ahead in terms of revenues. And Riibery wanted to move but unlike us they didnt cave in and thats one of the reasons why they are one of the best sides around while we are always in transition.

Because they were financially in a better position. They can go spend 60m on whoever they want whenever they want. We can't.

They are one of the best sides around because their time of transition happened years and years ago. We wouldn't have been in transition if it wasn't for 2006.

I should ask you the same question...wtf are you on?
