Yes he is by position but why can't he be Mr Fatty's backup? Not like MM doesn't know how to score from there. Plus plenty of other quality options that can fill in at the wings. MM is getting older and Max could save some wear and tear on him so he's fit for hopefully 2018 CL play.
He can but we will rarely see him there... because in the games he is benched for a winger.. higuain will be starter.. so it is increasingly unlikely we will see him as a forward.

Doesn't seem so easy since nobody is offering them a straight purchase.
He was until he had a heart defect :D

It was known he was coming to Juve, but then it fell apart and now Lazio is trying to salvage everything.

Juventus still want Schick, but…
By Football Italia staff

Juventus are reportedly still interested in Patrik Schick, but relations with Sampdoria are not good.

The striker was all-set to join the Bianconeri earlier this summer, with a €30m transfer agreed between the clubs.

However, the Czech international failed his medical due to a heart issue, and Juve pulled the plug on the deal.

After a month off to rest, Schick has now been declared fit to return to action, and Sky reports that the champions are still interested, and made contact with his entourage.

Despite that, relations are not good with Samp following this summer’s aborted move, so finding an agreement could prove difficult.

Nonetheless it’s thought Schick’s first preference is the Old Lady, ahead of Inter, Roma, Napoli and Paris Saint-Germain.

Yeah its because we are the best club after him and a very seriously organisation to grow in and become a star, we are like 2-3 levels above the rest in Italy. Also lets not underrate the fact he probably wants to stay in Italy, he's been there since he was 16. And if thats the case we are his only option for sure.

He is still taking a risk because he will only be depth at first with us, while everywhere else would be guranteed starter (Milan could easily make him their star player, and give him alot of money but he stands firm, which is impressive).

P.S Är du Uppsalabo också? :D Small world lol.

I totally agree with you there, no doubt Juve is the place to be if he wants to play in Italy and yes Milan could make him their star player, but my take is that of what Italy is to the world of football right now. Like you said I do hope he wants to stay in Italy, it's just that with the little attraction Serie A has right now compared to the top three we have to think the worst case scenario. And that would mean presuming that the dream destinations are Real, Barca, Bayern or the PL teams. Keeping that in mind, Juve would be the a secure way to get there. But hopefully IF Juventus gets to be his next team AND he grows to become legendary, he'll stay.

P.S Ja förfan! :D Small world indeed! Pluggade i Uppsala i 4 år men flyttade tillbaka till Sthlm för ett år sen. Du är born and raised i Uppsala eller? lol man blir alltid glad när det poppar upp lite Juvefans här och där #finnshoppförsverige

    Really?

If that is because of the medical where a potential heart condition was found, and he is butthurt over it, then he's more of a prima donna than Keita. At least that kid WANTS to come here.
