So they'd pick 2 between Orsolini, Favilli, Romagna and Mandragora.

I don't really mind that. I'd like us to keep and give some chances to Bentancur.
I think sending Bentancur out on loan for 1 season will be beneficial for both us and player. Toughen him up and hopefully play more than he would do with us anyway. Better him playing at least 60% of games than a mere 10% with us. He can get to know the rest of our team next season.

Shick, loan, what? Getting a player on loan with an obligation sounds like avoiding FFP trouble. We just had a great financial year and haven't signed anyone yet. Are we about to spend really big on other targets?

Yes. It's Verratti and Costa.

Bear in mind that we're still paying a lot of money for players that are already here. We don't do cash deals.
That's not the case with us only but pretty much with every single team out there. Even when it's reported 20, 30 or even 70mln euro transfers they are all done in installments.

But it's a different matter when it comes to release clauses right?

wat? :beppe:

Makes no sense at all lol.
Of course it does, it is only a way to regulate transfer budget. It means we are doing a big signing this season and delaying the payment for Schick for next summer.

Release clauses can also be paid in instalments.

Sounds good, Samp will get there money next year and we can strengthen them with two youngsters for next season. It's a win win.

Was about to say same. If we insist on loan with obligation, it means we about to go Ham in net spending :tuttosport:
