I think we got this the bag. His release clause is a good thing, that means Samp won't even have to be contacted. But if he wants only us, which is probably the case, we're in great position. Then we can ask Samp - do you want us to pay the money and take him away or to loan him back for a year to develop further and pay the cash in installments. I want him now because we need someone from the bench to replace Higs and to play v shitty teams in Serie A and keep Pipita fresh.

That is good news. The outcome from Saturday's match should not dampen the enthusiasm that most of us had, and still have about this kid

16M for a GK and 25M for a very talented, one season wonderkid. I really hope Beppster knows what he is doing.
The 16M GK had a terrific year playing behind an average at best defense. And this 1 year wonderkid was the apple of everyone's eye prior to Saturday evening.

    Schick: 'Juventus? We’ll see…’
    By Football Italia staff

Patrik Schick says “it’s possible” he could agree a Juventus deal after Saturday but “there are still other options”.

The Sampdoria striker has been heavily linked with the Bianconeri, and Blucerchiati President Massimo Ferrero appeared to confirm last week that a deal would be done.

“Juventus? It could be,” Schick told Czech site iSport.

“It’s possible we’ll make a deal after Norway [who the Czech Republic face on Saturday] but it’s difficult to say.

“Everything is in play and there are still other options. I don’t know anything about it and I can’t comment on it.”

He probably saw the final and got scared....:scared:

Hopefully he'll have his breakout season, during his first season here and turns into a possessed Sheva during the CL and benches Higuain.

    Probably negotiating a contract.

The 25m clause has probably already been paid :touched:
More like it seems we're lowballing them or trying to.

Schick has reached an agreement with Juventus, he will join Juventus, Juve are now seeking an agreement with Sampdoria. (Sky)

If the parties do not reach agreement Juventus could pay the release clause of €25m. (Sky)
