Well 4.5M Euro might be worth a shot (IF he has an Italian passport) otherwise it depends on wether we are going to buy a non EU player...

AND SECOND THING there is nothing more annoying than to see you post a 1 striker formation it looks like a bunch of Ancellotis are controlling this form
a 1 striker formation always lack in the attacking department

From what I remember Milan always impressed me more when they played with 2 strikers

I doubt it. If we arent willing to give Giovinco a chance, despite being developped in Italy, I find it unlikely we are going to sign a foreigner 3 years younger and than stick him inside our roster. If we sign him, he probably wont wear the Juve shirt for a few years.

We all know this is never going to happen.

Although, as Vimo rightly pointed out, the prospect of a dwarf team is highly tempting I could see the benefits of the move not happening as well.

For example the dwarf team would never materialise.

I hate the new Nedved, new Del Piero new Maldini new Totti new Ronaldo new Zidane new Maradona.

As for the new Pato new Messi new Rooney new Pingo...ffs none of the most called new youngsters has proved anything in football world or achieved anything to be called new.

The new thing is really overrated. I'm sure the likes of Maldini and Del Piero are fed up hearing the "new" word almost everyday in newspapers/media/press.

would be nicer if he was 1.85m. I still think we should go for Renato Augusto. We already have Giovinco in the munchkin category so adding another guy with good feet but with a different stature would be wiser IMO.

why?

when del piero came around they likened him to many players including baggio.

i think it's obvious that we need a new supporting striker .. honestly, Alex isn't the same and in order to do smthing in the champions league next year we have to bring someone in the likes of piatti .. although i'd rather see aguero in juve but u all know guys SECCO is here :(
daniel piatti could be the next omar sivori for juve :p

at the end of the day juve needs creativity in the midfield so it doesn't matter how short or tall the person is piatti is said to be a good option( plus he has an italian passport ) if ranieri can't see that he needs creativity in his midfield then he shouldn't even be coaching, piatti is a gamble but juve have gambled since the purchase of boumsong imo i think they should give the lad a chance, it can't be as bad as almiron and for the remainder or the season concerning creativity juve can use del piero or camo in that role

What's your point?

Player can be linked/compare but there's nothing called new....each player has his own style on the field. You can be linked to any player to see which is the better player, but you can't be the new Baggio or the new Molinaro.

my point was that it is ok to liken players to others. theres no harm in that. and they arent saying it literally that they will become the next DP exactly. just that they have a similar style, promis etc.

you are taking it too literally if you think that they mean that a player is 'the next baggio' or whoever.

Messi, Rooney, Pato and even Fabregas have stated the "new" word thing isn't really good and healthy to any player. It puts nothing but a pressure on him and lot of expectations when he's still in a certain age and delicate one to be more clear.

Btw, what's your problem with me since couple of days now? I'm not taking it too literally but I thought of posting what I posted earlier. You've been on my back since 2days now.
