You think he'd return in July there and punch some player so they'd sell him? Even if does that at some point season will be well under way.

They surely won't drop his price because he might punch someone in the near future.

It's going to be the same thing we had happen with Aquilani. A summer of haggling trying to drop his price below 15 mil by Beppe. If he succeeds, I'll applaud him. Osvaldo for under 15 mil is a steal. If he doesn't and we ship him back to Southampton, just like we did with Liverpool and Aquilani, no big loss.

I still think we'll pay €15m for him, unless there is some incredible loss of form or he punches Conte in training. Which is a fair figure for a player of his ability and age in the current market.

Even if it's a fair value, i think it's too much for a backup when we still have some areas in our starting 11 that should be improved. Maybe if we manage to offload both Quag and Vucinic it would be then reasonable to get him.

WUT!? They paid 15M for him.. we should target way lower than that.. They told Osvaldo that he won't be playing for Southampton anymore.. He is getting older (28) and is obsolete... They should be happy if we pay 10M for him..
