no no no, Senna crashed Prost out on purpose in this race to win the championship. Even Schumacher never did something like that.
Schumacher did it three times, worked well the first two times, failed the third time and got penalized for it.

What?

I don't know enough about motorsport for it to be interesting to me.

It's just cars going round and round, as far as I'm concerned, but I'm not going to mock or criticise people who like it.

:lol2:

I definitely think Senna was seen in a different light after his death. Schumacher was like a machine, all cold, accurate, and calculated. I'm pretty sure he's still be the greatest, Senna or no Senna.

And :howler: at Alonso's overrating. Even Vettel $#@!s on him.

I don't mind the new engines btw. You have to look at it from an engineering perspective. They're squeexing so much power out of these tuny engines, that wasn't thought possible before. Forced induction is great, just because they're not V8's and don't sound as good doesn't negate their awesomeness. Plus, this kind of technology trickles down into regular cars to help improve performance and cut down on gas consumption(direct injection).
Good man

Hamilton, Alonso, Vettel = overrated
Just....don't...you dont have to talk about everything you know, or pretend to know everything. You have villn as your number 2 :sergio:

no no no,

:sergio: Alonso is easily the best driver of the 00s besides Schumacher.
That's because you started watching F1 in 00s.

Senna crashed Prost out on purpose in this race to win the championship. Even Schumacher never did something like that.
Jerz 97.

Australia 94, the move over damon hill that left the whole britain butthurt for eternity.. and problem is majority of the english speaking press is influenced by british media (and their butthurt sore rectums) is a big reason why any report you read that classifies the greatest drivers ever will always use senna as their number one. They know the new fans following the sport will feel moer comfortable (heroic?) if they support a driver who died while racing.
I have huge respect for senna, but i dont think he would have affected a lot of what happened post 94.

No logical explanation? Jerez 97, Spa 98, celebrating like he drove the race of his life when Mika's engine blew on the last lap, Team orders etc. 2000-2004 credit should go to Jean todt and Ross Brawn not just Schumi. Any driver can be flawless with a car like that, just like Vettel last year. Look at him this year, back to being crash kid.

Nah, Mclaren are more like Juve, I remember after Calciopoli and Stephenygate, my friends used to troll me, asking me to support atleast one team that does not cheat :sergio:

00-04 Schumi era Ferrari fans remind me of the Guardiola era Barca fans.
I wont argue with a mclaren fan, i just won't :D

No words for this if you think Senna is overrated and not the best F1 driver ever (well at least in modern era).

I never said Senna was overrated.

And that makes no sense. I started watching F1 in the 00s and I'm talking about best drivers in the 00s besides Schumacher.
Which means you never saw michael before the 00s.

Even if you talk about the 2000s and you say alonso was better/same as schumacher, what is that based on? stats? Schumi blows alonso outta water (vettel?). Talent? Mika and Kimi, among others, blows alonso outta water. Even Vettle is ahead.

And i remind all the blind alonso fans about something they all ignore each time i post this

"ALONSO GOT BUTTRAPED BY HAMILTON :lol2: OF ALL THE PEEPS WHILE THEY WERE DRIVING THE SAME CAR"

I didn't.

Lol Vettel is not better than Alonso. Mika doubt it and Kimi likely not. Schumacher is my favourite ever.

Vettel who?

Take the easy way out then. Funny how you bring this up now when you can't argue anymore and are beginning to believe I am right. You seem to argue with older people that have the same opinion(s) as me just fine so just grow up a little please.

Well Senna and Schumacher firstly share the fact that they push cars off the track for their own benefit.

I'd like to see any driver release the throttle of his car on the racing line and expect someone behind to not crash into him in those sort of conditions.

celebrating like he drove the race of his life when Mika's engine blew on the last lap,
You just sound bitter, sorry, F1 drivers celebrate wins.

Team orders etc.
He never needed them.

2000-2004 credit should go to Jean todt and Ross Brawn not just Schumi. Any driver can be flawless with a car like that, just like Vettel last year. Look at him this year, back to being crash kid.
So you've established that F1 is a team sport, well done.

To the Vettel comparison, you just have to compare his 2011 season to Webber's to see how a very talented driver can dominate his less talented teammate. I regularly hear this sort of argument against Schumacher anyway, because apparently all the great drivers never win in a very competitive car. Schumacher blew away every single person he had as a teammate. Check out the 2005 and 1996 seasons for when the Ferrari wasn't competitive and look at how Irvine and Barrichello compared.
