Let's focus on our dark side, just for the moment, mistakes should help us not to commit them again.
Our biggest mistakes for the last few years....

I think that these are the biggest:

1-Selling Maresca:tdown:
2-Selling Mutu to Fiorentina(recent event)
3-Salas case
4-Fixing the matches,of course(if that proves right)

One of our biggest mistakes could be just a few days ahead of us and that is certainly the selling of our Italian core, incarnate as Zambrotta,Buffon,Cannavaro,Camoranesi.

What do you think, did we work without mistakes or we have too much "material" to think and reinvestigate about?

-Not buying a decent attacker for years (Amoruso,Inzaghi,Di vaio,Miccolli,Fonseca,Salas etc etc cases sould be avoided with the sign of a good star)
-Letting Davids go and make two years to buy a decent sub for him
-let the defence+Lippi take the blame for the lack of decent DM after this
-not buying a decent playmaker after Neddy's turn to winger
-signing Legro to sub Ferrara
-let Inter get Canna in the first place
-signing Gianningedda and keep Blasi too
-start the match against Milan with Chimenti and hold him the last years in the squad
-win so much and become more succesfull than powerfull
-mess with Berlusca, we sould let him sign Moggi,Zambro and Buffon in the first place
-silenzio stampa instead of legal answer against the press

The biggest mistake that took juve in this dangerous situtation was that after the death of agnielli moggi took all the resposibilities with giraudo and betega and they haven't a strong -leader-ecomomic person to guide them behind them.Remember the dopping case that made damage to our club but we didn't fall in so bad situtation.WHY NOT THEN?.Becuase it was agnielli and nobody could hurt juve .After him without his replcement we were empty of a leader........

I agree by all answers except the bolded one,Chris.

Your "win so much and become more succesfull than powerful" sentence is brilliant!

    - Match-fixing, obviously
    - Buying Zlatan, Vieira, Emerson, and Zebina
    - Hiring Capello
    - Selling/Loaning players who have been the backbone of the team for years to leave - Tacchinardi, Davidds
    - Benching Del Piero
    - Playing Nedved as a winger
    - Sticking to the classic 4-4-2 formation
    - Letting Di Vaio and Miccoli go
    - Not giving talented young players a chance to - Kapo, Appiah
    - Changing the old badge :p
Actually, I think the only good decisions recently are signing Cannavaro and bringing Thuram to the centre of the defence.

I'll be a contrarian here. Selling Maresca was the right move for him and the club. Selling Mutu is tbd ... we're not exactly in a "choosers" situation financially, given our uncertain future, where many players may ultimately need to be sold off. So topping my list has to be:

    1. Getting involved in referee assignments (how can this not be #1?!)
    2. Salas
    3. Relentlessly recruiting DMs at the expense of playmakers
