Zlatan - take it from an old master. First ban, then put your case forward in the moderator forum, showing all the legitimate grounds you based your decision upon. It keeps the forum cleaner that way.
I only once had a ban revoked that way because Martin disagreed. One out of... twenty I think.
I've banned him and I've put forward my case in the mods forum. i dont think Marty will disagree, he's also warned him once before, and I will give him another chance in 2 days.

I don't remember who but I do remember why. You had edited his post and signed it with "-Martin" because he had written something foul in it. I thought he was taking the piss with you by imitating you and so I banned him on the spot
