Quite obviously when your opponent concedes 13 goals (in professional football) they’re jack shit but this current Ajax side has to be up there quality wise with the squad of 18/19 that reached the Semi’s. We have finally found a worthy successor for MDL and FdJ with Gravenberg and Schuurs and got a new Brazilian wonderkid with Antony. It wouldn’t really surprise me if Ajax were to make it again to the Semi’s in the CL.

What makes this win more impressive is that it comes after a game against Liverpool in the CL. It just shows how deeply ingrained the attacking intentions are in the club.
