Badass, your arguments can't be taken seriously after your recent footballer comparisons.
some of you still live in the past if you're seriously not over that milan match. there isnt even a need for me to argue, if some of you actually bothered to watch chimenti play in the past especially for cagliari you would understand. you were all licking his nuts at pre season with his penalty herorics

Juve, especially during the Lippi and Capello days, was a team that conceded less goals than the others. On average, we conceded one goal on two matches.
Chimenti is the Juve goalkeeper with the worst record (of the last 10 years). In serie A he conceded 14 goals on 11 matches. On 3 of these matches he came in as a sub. In Champions League he conceded 6 goals on 5 matches and in Coppa Italia he conceded 21 goals on 14 matches.

In total he played 30 matches for Juve (3 as sub) and he conceded 41 goals.
By far Chimenti's record is worse than any other goalkeeper that played for us in the last 10-15 years.

I think in the last 100 years not 10 or 15.

Was that really necessary? ;)
He's a cool guy anyway. Forza Chimi!

tbh probably other than van der sar i cant think of another gk who has a good record in penalty saves.

you're just pissed cuz chimi saved ale's peno few yrs back, understandable
Lol, I knew you would come up with that. No really I'm not. They've been soo many years together in training that it was predictable that Dp could miss that pk.

Anyway, it's just that I haven't seen enough of him in pk and i really don't see how can anyone think of him as a great gk/back up gk/ 4th choice gk.

Seriously, this is really funny.... you have worlds best goalkeeper Buffon and you have such a solid backup for him Manninger and still some fans out there thinking of Chimenti.

I read that during the 2003/04 season he saved a penalty in Coppa Italia. That's the only penalty he saved for Juve. (i don't know if there were any more penalties shot against him during his Juve days).
Badass, you know which match this was?

I remember him saving couple of Pk's in USA friendly tournament when we faced Milan. I could be wrong though.
