i dno, im handing in a transfer request, obviously the manager does not intend to play me at all, a little ironic that i still played better than gio and he starts most games in my supposedly right wing position
meh, quick change of plans... Realized that we don't have the players for that particular tactic (Many DMs but barely any have any good defensive qualities)
back to the standard 4-4-2 for now..

well ur obviously not gona even give me a 2nd look despite performaning pretty well for my only 45 mins i played.
you're thick skinned and stubbourn, and dont know anything about tactics, if u wana succeed ur gona have to rotate ur squad and your formation.
No, it's not about me being "stubbourn" at all... let's use Maresca as an example.. He played just as much/less than you did, but he did not complain, unlike someone else on the team.. This is why he's on the team, now.. I'm all for professionalism, mate

but how can u play maresca on the wing who's crossing is rated at 9 and mine is 17

id gladly play u online. play maresca on the wing as often as u want, im not taking anything away from him, but if u got a player on the wing whos sole purpose is to stretch the defence and to whip balls to the attackers, and u got a player who has a crossing rate of 9/20 wen u have a player with as much pace and a crossing rate of 17/20 it makes more logical sense to play ur better crosser more often rather than judging on members u like/dislike and names u like/dislike.
u cant just drop a player cuz he had a pretty good 45 mins, i mean u play pretty much the same 4 in midfield, what you gona do if one of them suffers a long term injury, u wont even know how good ur back ups are, or even maintaining their match fitness.
p.s gio - finished on 59% fit at the end, on the game the AI computer makes the last 20 mins hard if the game is stil worth fighting, at 59% u cant afford to play him the full 90 min, so why didnt u sub him? i think ur 1-0 was nothing more than fortunate. if a players fitness rate is around the 70% mark by about 60 mins, its best adviced to get them off.

it wasnt a challenge offer, it was stating how i'd gladly playing u knowing that id give u a master class lesson in how to play this game.
from wot u tell me ur style of play is narrow, like ur mind. and tell me, how are set pieces suppose to be done if ur not a cross/header kinda guy, crosses are important especially on the counter attack, and if ur style is just run with the ball all day, its gona wear down ur players, especially the ones with low fitness rates, which will result in struggling to hold the result if its a small deficeit.
