I hope you guys realize that the bigger Serie B teams like Napoli, Bologna and Genoa are going to splash some money on the January transfer market to improve their chances of getting promotion

If anyone has forgotten (or comments without actually seeing the games), we didnt exactly overwhelm any of these teams when we played them

Its not about over whelming the teams.I dont care if we have to fight for every single point. At the end of the day, what matters is how many points we've gathered, and if thats kept in mind,we've done well.I frankly couldnt care less if we fight through every game 1-0 in Serie B.The aim is to get promoted, not how you get promoted. The squad can be strengthened in the summer so the team can start fresh.

I´m still not 100% sure on this deal.

Juventus and Ajax official website still haven´t confirmed the signing and on some sites this deal is considered as possible, not even probable.

Anyone knows more?

they will confirm when he signed and wear our shirt, june
Yes, I checked, you are right, we reached an agreement, but he will probably sign in June, maybe in January, but it doesn´t matter he is ours.

Up yours, Merdatti. :p

Time for "Official Zdenek Grygera thread" :)

I would never believe that someone signed to a team until he holds the teams shirt with a number on it ...

hell ... Even that I can't believe ... after Figo's "signing" with Ittihad ..

Free transfers are special case.

For example, Marchionni was our player already in February 2006, but he signed the contract and got his Juve shirt in July.

Grygera agreed the terms with Juve and probably signed some kind of pre-contract.

Don´t worry, he is ours. :weee:

i hope this signing* push our current defenders to improve their performance to stay next season

*even if we didnt sign him, the idea of a new defender should encourage the current ones to play better and prove their importance to the team

what a slap in the face it would be if we sign Grygera, Barzagli, and Mavouda now, to join us at the end of the season, and we fail to get out of Serie B
