Just saw the cricket news, that Bangladesh lost to Srilanka after reducing them to 5 wickets for 6 runs- must have been some atmosphere at that point. Lost to the heroics of Murali, what the heck! He couldn't even hold the bat properly some time back.

England have responded pretty well to their humiliation in the first Test.

Flintoff versus Gayle is good at the moment.

I only really like Test cricket.

The last hour of Windies v England was great: big, aggressive, fast bowlers bowling with a slip cordon 30 yards long.

Magic.

I like the slower more tactical play of Test matches. That's what sets it apart from other sports.

Any game in which you play for five days, stop for lunch and tea, and it can still end in a draw, can only be good. :D

Quickfire slogging doesn't really interest me that much. And I was bored within about 20 minutes when I went to some baseball in the US.

Yeah, real friendly :D

Btw, have you ever seen the famous (I only found out about it yesterday :D) underarm incidence in a test match between Australia and New Zeeland?

Test cricket is king, ODIs are gripping contests occasionally...T20 is great for the masses, but ultimately becomes horribly haphazard and lacking in finesse
