Amazing is it not, 3 players invloved, Thuram, Emerson and Cannavaro , Thuram has not actually left but he was roasted for an interview i am too sure he did not take part in. Emerson gets a lot of stick for doing the same thing that Cannavaro did , but he gets praise and thank yous whilst Emerson and Thuram get the fuck you very much. These 3 players all contributed equally to our doomed sucess under Capello but only 1 person gets the praise on here. Yes Cannavaro is Italian and had an excellent world cup but on here i have always had the impression that a lot of racists are on here. Plain and simple Emerson and Thuram are black so to most of you guys they are worthless when they are no more playing for Juventus but the great white hope Cannavaro deserves nothing but praise for doing exactly what the others have done
Hope you have a good career with your white pillow cases on your heads and your kkk stuff.
What a worthless forum , too bad i wasted so many years interacting with scum
Are you labelling me a racist just because I don't like Lilian Thuram?

I thought you knew me better than that. Guess not.

I usually agree with you denco, but this time I think you have taken things way out of porpotion, I mean racism?

Nobody was even thinnk about this!

I agree that some members here have been overreacting about the players that left, but I have never tougth for a second that this reactions were racism claims

In the case of Andy, even if I dont agree about many things that he has said about Thuram , I do have to admit that he is not racist and his dislike of Thuram is not based of his sking color.

As a matter of fact I havent seen anybody here saying something even close to a racist remark.

So again I think you have taking this a litle out of porpotion.

Think about it, which players are overally liked and which ones are overally disliked on this forum? ;)

I think the claim carries some weight.

Listen, I have seen alot of wrong things in the forum lately, but to be extremly honest to say that there has been racism its just been paranoid about it.

Many important players have left, players that we tougth we will see in Juve jersey this season, that hurts and thats why I think there hjas been all of this "anti-players" talk, but its not racism at all.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

canna´s words about us:
It is a pitty to leave a great team like juventus, which gave me so much, I had 2 fantastic years there. In this occasion I want to salut the bianconeri fans, who allways have been splendid (fantastic) and did never let me miss their effect..

---------------------------
I had tears in my eyes while I was reading this.. this is so sad..

denco, there are 2 points here that I want to tell you about.
1. the whole story has nothing to do with being racist or such a bs. it is just about the way thuram and Emerson reacted about the problem juve had. while other players said that they will wait and see what is gonna happen, thuram said "who is juve?" (no matter under which conditions) and emerson said that he will not play in B.

2. you are right when you say that the people here must show more respect for emerson and thuram. they were a very important part of our team.. we should not forget that emerson rejected real madrid all the years, in order to play for juve, even if it was because of capello.
and thuram was our defender for more than 5 years.. we must respect that..

and at the end I was really shocked tat you wrote "What a worthless forum" .. you have been a very good poster here and it will be a pitty if you leave.. I just hope that you were just angry or something in that moment..

cheers..

When did i say Andy is a racist? I never did, but its interesting that he thinks its directed at him. I was been general in my analogy and since when is racism just restricted to black and white?
Espectro: Do not be obtuse, the main reason Zlatan is disliked on here is he is in direct oppostion with the hero in Dp, nothing more , nothing less. His other fallabilities are just a bonus for his detractors.
Maresca: i aint going anywhere, it is time i shake a few feathers in this forum and they should know its not right to disparage any race.
About your explanation, I am sorry it does not wash. Let me put it this way to you if Thuram was the one who said he will stay with Juventus no matter the consequence but then the next thing , immediately after the verdict is in he signs for Real Madrid, do you have any idea how he would be labelled on here?
And lets look at Cannavaro for a minute, he leaves napoli when they are dip trouble, his hometown club, goes to Parma, coincindentally leaves and they are in huge financila ruin , goes to Inter and leaves under very suspicious circumstances , so much so that Inter fans i am sure willnever forgive him and as soon as theres big trouble in little juve , he is now at Real Madrid but Thuram is the mercenary but I am supposed to buy its nothing to do with race?
I mean Maresca the footballer did fuck all at this club but he has heroic status while Emerson is branded a traitor because he dared to follow his mentor, the one manager who has always believed in him
Then there is Zambrotta, who has god knows how many scudettos to his name, even if he stayed in serieb or c , he would still be first choice for his national team jut upped and went but he deserves to be Juventus captain, he should be exempted from abuse but of cos this has got nothing to do with race its just the way it goes.
Soon I will be reading that racism is just a figment of my imagination , it doe snot really exist. The world is a good place and the only reason that people decide to bomb eachother has nothing to do with the fact that some feel they are superior to others

Cannavaro explains Juve exit
Saturday 22 July, 2006
New Real Madrid defender Fabio Cannavaro has bid farewell to Juventus, but insists he hasn’t left a sinking ship.

The Italian international joined Real Madrid in the week with Emerson in a deal worth around £16m, but the World Cup winner argues he hasn’t turned his back on the recently demoted club.

“I’ve not jumped ship,” he stated on Saturday. “Unfortunately, I made a decision and at the age of 33 I can still win great honours.

“Juventus understood my situation and showed themselves to be special. I think this is the best solution for all those involved.

“I would never have left Juventus if the current situation hadn’t have arrived. My family were happy in Turin, the club gave us all that we needed and the fans were exceptional.

“It’s sad that I’ve left a club just as important as Real in the shape of Juventus, a club who have given me so much and where I spent some fantastic years.

“I really want to salute the fans who were splendid towards me and showed me great affection.”

New Juve boss Didier Deschamps has revealed his disappointment at losing the former Inter man, but the stopper insists the lure of top-level football was just too difficult to resist.

“It’s an honour to wear the Real Madrid shirt,” he added. “Real chased me and forcefully wanted me.

“I’m happy because at the age of 33 I have still been given the possibility to play at the highest levels for this prestigious club.

“I don’t know what to expect. I’ll need a bit of time to get used to the championship, but playing with Real will be great.

“I still haven’t spoken to boss Fabio Capello, but I’m sure there will be time to do that.”

Cannavaro, who will officially sign on Monday, will also come up against Gianluca Zambrotta and Lilian Thuram on October 22 when Real take on Barcelona.

“It will be strange, but this shows that Juventus were a great side, made up of many champions in all departments,” he added. “The scandal has forced a great side to break up and this is sad.”

Zambrotta and Thuram joined the Nou Camp outfit on Friday in a combined deal worth around £13m.

anyway fair enough Denco,i agree with u.There shouldnt be any double standards when speaking of the players who left
I want you to think about this very carefully. To me you are a very good poster and you know your stuff but I wanna ask you this how many of the so called good posters actually have conversations about football with you? If your nickname was different, they probably would have or if you went to the nick against the world thread and suck up they probably would have. Just a thought and thats not just to you, i am talking about others who post as well . If you think there are no racists posting here then you are living in a completely different world. Like I said its time to ruffle a few feathers

The bottom line is, you can't be contradictory on your feelings for these players. Either you appreciate everything they did for the squad, or you hate them for leaving, but they have all followed the exact same path. They left for better opportunities. The only ones that I will truly be happy to see leave are Vieira and Emerson. And no, it has absolutely nothing to do with race at all, so don't go there. It has everything to do with the fact that I never thought Juventus needed these players to begin with, and for the amount of money they spent on these players, given their ages, were pathetic moves by Moggi, in my opinion.

    Exactly...

Canna can do whatever he wants, but he won't be the man we though he was before months...

As if we're interested if he praises Juve or not...

Canna, shut up, and never say a word about how great Juve is after now...
