I didn't but he's too far while Zambrotta is in Germany, together with Chiellini. Maybe they are even room mates.

Btw, the word on the street is that Giorgio has something prepared for Thuram and Mutu and he'll surprise them during ITA-FRA and ITA-ROM matches on the Euro.
Luckily for Vieira, he got injured and he'll miss the euro.

Yeah I hope so. The Azzurri without Canna means we are basically losing. He was one of the driving forces that brought us mentally together for the World Cup 06. We need that team camaraderie to win. It's what separates us from the rest. I really hope he is okay because that means I won't get to see him play live for the Azzurri

It will be unfair if Nesta takes the place of some defender who played the qualifications but now it's obvious that Donadoni will have to call another CB and i don't think there is another CB who played the Qual. but didn't get a call for the euro.

This is some freakin horrible news. Lets see how serious this will turn out to be but its still bad. I would ask Nesta to come out of retirement tbh. He is the only world class option available. Its a once off tournament and Italia would need him as its an emergency situation so it should overrun any issues of not having played in qualifying. If he doesnt I think Don will go with
