Amauri is white. I won't exclude a black grandparent but the European heritage is obvious.

As for strangers in Italy, i must admit that Italians know much better than us foreigners and their wish counts here. But there were men like Altafini, Sivori, Orsi, Maschio, Cesarini, Camoranesi, Guaita, Ghiggia, Libonatti, Monti, Schiaffino who were all from south America and yet they played for Italy. Some of them were leaders of the NT.

As for Camoranesi, only his grandfather was Italian, from Marche, while his grandmothers and the other grandfather weren't Italian.

As far as i'm concerned, if oriundi can play for Italy, so should all the others. But i see the percentage of Italian blood is really important for the azzuri fans, so i'll drop it now because we obviously disagree.

If Amauri becomes an Azzurri player, I have no other option but to support him. You want me to stop supporting my country when he plays?
