He was flop in Milan and Chelsea but still there is some club willing to offer €55m. He also on massive wage and Felix didnt reject it.

Some Saudi club also interested in Vlahovic / Douglas but they dont want to go to Saudi.
while it's a bummer, i don't necessarily blame them, regardless of everything else, the climate alone must be an absolute hell there

jj only has itself to blame for these situations. it happened with khedira, bonucci, tek, etc - if you overpay people, they will be unsellable, period

He look good under Thomas Frank. 29 y.o striker for £50m is overpay and they only look for backup ST to replace Callum Wilson.

Think that Vlahovic for €20-30m would be a better purchase for them.

We would be the first club to loan a player to a Saudi club if one of them accepts the offer.

While I would like Juve to sign such a strong player, 75m for a 28 yo winger is overpaying. The only explanation is that he will still have Saudi interest in 2-3 years.

It's a huge transfer, but I'm actually okay with it. :snoop:

Diaz is a solid player though, so he should definitely strenghten us for the next 2-3 years. If he can do that the transfer will have been worth it. That's just what it costs to get good players these days, especially when you sign them in the PL.

Only fear I have is it's a Sadio Mané 2.0. That guy was such a flop honestly, he couldn't read an offside line to save his life.

75m for a 28 year old, you'd expect an impact like Nedved or something to get your value back.
If he helps us win our 7th European Cup it will have been more than worth it. Less can also do of course :p
