I actually think if the Saudi league (same goes for Serie A actually) invested properly in broadcasting and streaming they might gain a lot of viewers. I recently started watching MLS, which was very easy to do so because the matches are on Apple TV. Quality is top notch (4k) and the entertainment value is good. To watch Juve or Serie A I often need to buy a online stream which is lagging and has a poor commentators. If the broadcasting league of the Saudi's remain the same they won't lure many new fans.
