People are underestimating the absurd amount of money Al Khelaifi has at his disposal. Qatar Sports investments control about $300bn worth of assets, growing every year. They can sell 0.3% worth of assets to cover a 1bn wage bill for PSG any day of the week but they probably could also cover it with a week's worth of oil profits. They could buy all clubs in CL QF and disband them if they want. That's the kind of financial firepower these guys muster.
