Are you aware why Germany has such a huge amount of talent within their youth ranks and Die Mannschaft? It isn't just mere coincidence and luck that Germany is such a powerhouse in football.

Knowing why 'things' change instead of unfounded assumptions give your "IMO" more credit.

Yup the issue isn't Italians failing in Spain or anywhere else, the issue is Italian players being mediocre nowadays. You have quality players such as Veratti for example, doing quite well at PSG, I don't think theres any doubt that a player of his quality would do well in any league.
