Ye nowhere less than 50-60m for Vidal. If we have to sell our best player at least we have to make a huge plus to compensate for its loss.
That said i hope he'll stay with us.

Atlético-Griezmann The negotiations with Real Sociedad are very advanced, could materialize in the coming hours . Cost? The club would like the entire clause of 30m, however an operation that could / should conclude around 25m - GDM

:sigh:

Why din't we try for him ?

Fake when Rome went and asked for Griezmann Real Sociedad shot them down with a 40m request.
And Atletico Madrid is indebted as hell. Even tough they sold Costa,Luis they already spent a bit i doubt they have the money to pull out a Griezmann move.
That's if Doyen investment doesn't help them out but then the player would be a Doyen one and not Atletico.

Speaking of Southhampton sales: Arsenal reach 20M agreement for Calum Chambers.

20M is way too much for a teenage fullback that is yet to prove he can cut it at the top level, but thats English players inflated prices for you. Other than overspending for him, I'm happy about this signing for two main reasons. The first is that he's obviously a talented kid, I watched him a few times last season, and he looked like he could develop into a very good fullback. The other reason is I don't think Jenkinson is good enough and I don't think he will ever be good enough to hold a starting spot at Arsenal.

So far: Ospina, Debuchy, Chambers, Sanchez.

IMO if we bring in a quality ball winning midfielder (Schneiderlen or Bender would be great), and cover at centerback, we'd have a completely satisfactory transfer window.

What would make it a perfect transfer window, would be if we also brought in a top striker, but I strongly doubt that would happen.
who? fucking hell and still makes me laugh when man utd fans are trying to justify paying 30 for shaw yet paying 35 for Vidal is too much :howler: fucking nuke the epl already!

I said 20M is too much, don't shoot me :D

But thats the going rate for English players now, someone who is yet to hold a starting spot for Southhampton is now worth 20M. Regardless of the price, I think he's a decent talent.

Griezmann is a really good player, would be an astute signing for Atletico.

what is worse is that england aren't even producing good talent. No wonder the clubs are seeking the cheaper and better foreign talents

cheaper and better foreign talents end up wanting to move to Real and Barca. At least the Englanders are obnoxious enough to think their league is bigger than Real and Barca. :D

Excellent.

Get Griezmann out of Real Sociedad before we play them.
