I've said a million times United need a midfielder more than they needed a creative player, but that Mata was too much of an opportunity for them to pass by. Despite the fact that Fellaini was really good for Everton, I think he is being played out of position at United and does not fit them anyway. I don't think they have a good midfield at all, I think they definitely need to bring in an imposing central midfielder. I just don't think Nainggolan is good enough for them, Nainggolan isn't an upgrade over what United currently have, but that says more about what an ordinary player Nainggolan is than it says about the quality of United's midfield.
If you're talking strictly this season, obviously not, Fellaini has been really poor for United. however in the past 2-3 years he's been a monster for Everton. You guys are overrating Nainggolan, he's a very ordinary player with a lot of energy. I doubt he'll ever do better than being a semi decent player for Roma who probably won't ever be an automatic starter unless Roma lose one of their current 3 midfielders.
