Their revenue is only 12mln higher than ours.

They probably have reserves from the previous years or something.
new Premier league tv deal starting this season + 30m extra
CL tv pool for english teams: BT deal +15m extra
Puma deal +25m extra
Kit+stadium sponsorship deal renewal with Emirates + atleast 10m extra.
those are approximate figures, so like +80m extra or more every year.

Last year they made a profit greater than 50m, but that included a one-off property development profit of around 50m and player sales, that won't be there anymore, but their revenues are about to get a huge boost.

and a 60m player on a 4 year contract means additional amortization of 15m per year + premium wages (expenses). If the player is young like 20, one can give a 6 year contract and additional amortization will be 10m per year + 6 years of premium wages.
I think Cristiano, Kaka and Bale all got 6 year contracts when they signed.

Revenues are at times irrelevant. Other indicators when comparing the clubs with similar level of income become important. It would be interesting to see their ratio between current, most liquid assets and liabilities that have the same duration; this could be one of the reasons for their higher means to spend. Last time I checked we have 4 times as many current liabilities, liabilities that need to be settled within a year, compared to the same type of asset, hence our practice to roll over the debt each year. Their situation might be different, which could allow them to have more resources to spend, despite the minimum difference in yearly income. If I had to place my bet I'd say that Arsenal have relatively positive, or minimum loss on their cash flow statement, probably the best indicator of how much funds one company can spend.

Burdisso, Motta and De Ceglie to Genoa.

Milan have reached an agreement with Essien. Nocerino to West Ham on loan.

Roma are looking at Parma's Hetinga. Paletta is an alternative. Borriello to West Ham on loan.

Verona and Roma have reached an agreement for Marquinho. Loan w/ the option to buy half for 1.8M.

Napoli are interested in Kondogbia.

Sassuolo acquire Genoa midfielder, Davide Biondini.

Some news for ya'll. :)

It really is going to be hard to see us keep up with these EPL teams in the future especially with even the likes of Arsenal have greater spending power now.Benefits of being in a popular league.

Arsenal are in a great position financially now, gotta respect them for that because they did it the hard way by sacrifising years of success unlike PSG who made dodgy sponsorship deals to work their way towards the top in short time.

According to Swiss Ramble

"When you look at the club’s cash balances – there in black and white in the accounts for all to see – Arsenal’s spending capacity is evident.

As at the end of the 2011/12 season (the latest year when football clubs have published their accounts), Arsenal had an incredible £154 million of cash, which is significantly higher than any of their competitors with Manchester United the closest with £71 million (less than half the Gunners’ cash pile). An even more amazing statistic is that Arsenal have almost as much cash as the rest of the Premier League’s other 19 clubs combined (£181 million)."
