i wouldn't say so, he has the physical build for the premiership, whilst he has pretty decent close ball technique somewhat similar to yaya toure and an excellent capture at least for a team like spurs, kinda more surprised since man city thrashed 30 mill on fernandinho who is nothing like as good as his price tag suggests, whilst arsenal and man utd are in need of a physical midfielder.
