Bayern offered 25M and Dortmund said no.

Rumour was Dortmund wanted 35M due to commercial reasons and because of him moving to a direct competitor for the title and Bayern stopped at 30M.

Lewandowski is vital for Dortmund, they probably won't be the same team without him. Dortmund will go further in the CL & end higher in the league with him and earn probably more than 25M.
