In any case, Arsenal won't win a trophy with Wenger's calamitous defensive set up.

Playing a high line with a static defender like Mertesacker :sergio:
He has always been poor in organizing defensive lines, even back when he used to win trophies and compete all the time. He used to build teams, that were quick, compact and really good on the ball, which at times used to mask our defensive failings.

Chelsea's €55m for Cavani not enough
By Football Italia staff

Italian media claim Chelsea have offered €55m (£46.7m) for Edinson Cavani, but Napoli are set to turn it down.

This week President Aurelio De Laurentiis confirmed he was in negotiations with the Stamford Bridge side for the Uruguayan.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Chelsea had a previous bid of €30m plus Fernando Torres rejected, as the Partenopei wanted only Ramires as part of any potential exchange.

Tuttosport claim a new proposal is on the table worth €55m cash (£46.7m), but Napoli are again set to turn it down, as it does not meet the price-tag.

Cavani has a €63m buy-out clause in his contract (£53.5m) and his club have warned he won’t be released for less than that figure.

they've also won more 3rd and 4th place premiership titles than us in recent years, which according to them is as hard to achieve as winning the CL 10 years in a row because thats just how amazingly hard the premiership is.
yes ofcourse... and thats why Arsenal, Manchester United all have been raped by Barca in 3 finals, 2006 Arsenal, 2009 & 2011 Manchester United :numnum:

I was merely lamenting the fact that we haven't been relevant/tasted success in that competition for over a decade; during that same time span fucking Milan won the trophy twice, and reached 3 finals :yuck: :inter:

Fuck Arsenal and Milan anyway
