don't disagree but again - there is no replacement for Silva out there, even if Milan were willing to reinvest all the money they got for him, which obviously aint gonna happen. Similarly with Nesta. The way a team "replaces" such players is not via a like-for-like substitution but by making the team more balanced as a whole.
This being said, I think Milan will scrap the CL this year - passing the group stage would be the highest objective there - and focus on serie A. In that case, I don't think getting a starting defender is necessarily a priority but would rather see the midfield improved with a couple of additions and maybe a striker too (Tevez, Berbatov and Matri are the most likely options considered). I hope a prospect like Yanga can come in, if not now then in the winter, but either way that player is unlikely to have an immediate impact this year ... as for a mature defender who can replace TS/Nesta I don't think such a player is available even for a lot of money. There are some high-profile players like Dede, Hummels etc but they aren't good enough for the money they would command in transfer fees.

P.S. But maybe players like Zidane, Henry, Montero, Conte, Davids, Deschamps, Del Piero, Peruzzi etc. are not good enough for Milan in ur opinion?
sheesh, you ain't the sharpest knife in the drawer, are you? What I said, or rather implied, was that if you look at Juve's team from the late 90s/early '00 and compare it to the current one, you would see an obvious drop in quality, which is why you were laughing at Milan in the first place ... furthermore, my point was that you are too infantile (basing this on your overall behavior here) to even remember the great players Juve had back then so you can make a proper comparison to the current Juve team, in the first place. Had that not been the case, you wouldn't have laughed at Milan to begin with considering juve's situation isn't that different.
