I'll check it out.

Oh, and despite his mega failure, I think England needs more Joe Cole type of talents.

So true, I was hoping for a Cole Call up for the Euros.

At Chelsea, they should have been buildng a team around COle in the middle, rather than Cameo appearences a a sub.

On Ross Barkley, when he was warming up last seaosn at half time, i saw him chip a ball 50 yards into a ball bag, held out by one of the coaches. Not that it means he will be Pele, but it was impressive, and he was 17 at the time !

It's good short term value in Serie A.

I don't know how they're going to line up defensively, but I've noticed they have three left backs now. Not sure what happens next. What do you think?
No idea really, I think they will sign at least two more defenders. My guess is Torosidis and a DC (Garay?). So:

Dodo/Balzaretti - Castan - Burdisso/Garay - Torosidis/Piris

Arsenal's young players tend to get overrated more than others, mostly because they are exposed to high level first team football at a young age, and develop faster than young players in other teams that maybe do not get as much chances, Wenger is very good with giving young players confidence too, the problem with this approach is that at a very young age they peak, and they just don't get any better.

Walcott is a prime example of this, i personally don't think he's getting any better than he already is. He's got amazing pace, but really his technique is lacking and on the ball he's not a very intelligent player.

Gibbs too for me, is not all that special, he will keep developing i think as he gets more chances, but he too is not the most intelligent player, and i doubt he'll be another Ashley Cole.

Ramsey is another overrated player, who is considered some big talent.

Even Chamberlain with all the aura around him, i don't find him to be a particularly intelligent player or a very skillful one either. He's built like a bull and he's got lightening pace, but i for one, am not completely convinced that he will develop into a world class player.

The only Arsenal youngster i'm actually convinced could become a really good player, is Jack Wilshere. Now that kid is special, i will never forget how he dominated Xavi - Iniesta in the second half of that game against Barca in the Emirates a couple of years back.

Spot on with most of that, although Ramsey is not ratted that high by many over here to be honest.

Szczesny is overrated by Arsenal fans too..Pretty Error prone keeper imo..Wenger has totally ignored Arsenal's keeper woes for some years now..

He is very young, he could improve. But technically he isn't that great, as soon as he gets that into his head and changes his playing style accordingly, i'm sure he'd do a lot better.

I like Szczesny, he is prone to the odd error here and there, he is extremely poor with the ball as well. But all in all i think he is a good goal keeper.

Ehh no, building around an injury prone moody player is not really sensible.

I loved cole but no way whe should've done that, the guy had terrible off days and a lot of injuries. Us chasing games going all in attack while he was just trying flicks that didn't come out good is one of the things you could expect about him.

Sure he was one heck of a player when in form though.
