I'm surprised that Roma has been pretty quite so far. With the American's backing them financially and Sabatini at work , I expect they would have been busy with the market like last summer.

Guess Zeman needs to figure out what to do.. He's looking to build a winning team with young players and he can't just loan them from all the big clubs anymore.. It's a big job for Zeman, he's gotta be carefull :numnum:

Roma already has a squad atacking wise. They just need to reinforce their Defense and perhaps 1 more midfielder. Damiao would also be a good buy for them, or nilmar on the cheap

According to AS, Javi Martinez has an agreement in place with Bayern Munich, 7m for 4-5 seasons in case Bayern agree a deal with Bilbao, which still intends to collect 40m for the player.

Yeah Pools new manager Rodgers have coached him in both Chelski's youth team and at Swansea, so very likely he would want him. Roma for some reason dont seem to be all that keen to retain him.
