I don't see the point of Milan's offer. Mandatory option to buy only if he plays at least 50% of the matches till the end of the season.
Of course he will play 50% of the matches. What's the point of getting him if he doesn't?

Maybe they just want to secure themselves in case of a serious injury but in any other case this is the same as a mandatory option to buy, which they kept refusing to do.

What will be the transfer fee? Any speculations? City can't get anything more than 25m and I strongly doubt that they will get even that. Something between 18-22m will be the final fee, which is almost a robbery and another excellent deal by Galliani.

It's reported that City accepted Inter's 25m eur offer for Tevez.

That clearly implies that Milan's offer is smaller than 25m, just as predicted.
But the player wants Milan. Galliani is working on the deal for a while now and he should make it happen.

Thinking about this deal, it will be a huge success for Galliani if he gets Tevez with Inter too after him.

Assuming that Inter really made that 25m eur offer yesterday, and I think they did, then Tevez has a choice to pick Inter where he will not only be a sure starter and star of the team, but he will feel at home like nowhere in Europe, with all those argies (Samuel, Millito, Zanetti, Cambiasso, Alvarez...maybe Zarate).
Milan on the other hand are not showing complete trust in him, insisting on option to buy, not a mandatory buy. Then there is the competition in Milan's attack and the insecurity of regular playing time.
The wages he'll get in both teams will more or less be the same.

Yet, if Tevez still chooses Milan, and he most probably will, it will be against logic and will show how much better Galliani is than Branca, or whoever does Galliani's job in Inter.

I wasn't aware that Tévez had a lot of choice in this, and City are just selling to whichever team gives them a cash transfer in January. I agree that he'd choose Milan if it came down to it though, Galliani is just better at that.

Indeed, but that's how Milan operate now and that's how Inter operated. They are rich but they are aware that they can't fight the richest for the best players.
In order to find a star in such situation you need to either produce it, get it when the potential star is unknown or simply wait for a great player to become unneded by his team and forced out, so you can step in and get him for much cheaper.

That's exactly how Milan got Zlatan and Robinho (even Cassano, although he didn't come from a great team). Now they will get Tevez in almost the same fashion. Inter got Samuel, Cambiasso, Sneijder and to a lesser extent Eto'o in a similar way.

Was just trying to say that Serie A is least attractive nowadays with smallest amount of stars in league. (Stars, not talented young kids)

It certainly doesnt attract the same amount of stars as the EPL and La Liga (currently)...but I can see that changing in the next few years. You already see a lot of the true top players mainly going to La Liga these days, and now some players joining Serie A clubs over the EPL. This shit is cyclical, I cant understand why no one gets that.

Only 2 or 3 weeks ago he again claimed that there was only 1 team he wanted to play for & we all know it's neither of the Milan based teams. Yet it now looks like he'll end up there.

Really? I'd rather have him going to Peelan. What will he change at Peelan? Pretty much nothing, their striking force is already good enough with or without Tevez. He might be able to take a poor Inter side a level up or two and win them points on a weekly basis.
