Looks like Galliani is convinced that they'll get Tevez because what he offers is: Loan with mandatory option to buy ONLY if Tevez plays a certain amount of matches in the following half season. If Tevez won't play the required number of matches then the mandatory option becomes a simple option.
Hard to trust the reports when the Inter-Tevez deal is in question, though. It says that Mancini is pushing Tevez towards Inter and exactly because it's Mancini, Tevez refuses to sign for Inter. Seems too far fetched and hard to buy it.
