Manchester United is moving amazing on the transfer market. I'm pretty sure Sneijder is going to fit in perfectly and be amazing there.

And I'm getting more sick with City.

So Inter is gonna lose both Sneijder and Eto'o, interesting. I expected only one to leave tbh.

Napoli is surely making a very good squad. With Pazienza gone and Inler in they've gotten much stronger in midfield. Lavezzi leaving is gonna hurt them, but I expect nothing less than a new gem coming to Napoli till the end of the month. Their style too, they don't play like majority of Italians, so I expect them to do good in Europe too. It's just that their depth is quite weak.

I love Lavezzi but him replacing Eto'o means a weaker Inter. Not to mention how his departure from Napoli is nothing but good news for us. Pandev will do fine in Napoli but he will never be as good and as important as Lavezzi was to them.
:agree:

It will all come down to what Cavani does, if he can't repeat what he did last season then they aren't doing shit

They probably planned Lavezzi's sale for a while and they were looking for a new attacker. From De Laurentiis' words it looks like they went for Vucinic but got rejected. If the rumor is true, then it's gonna be Pandev who'll replace Lavezzi and their attack and midfield will be set. They won't add any more starters there. Maybe in defense they could do some changes.

Cavani was so Lavezzi dependent, it's unreal. Maggio and Dossena helped too, but it was mostly Lavezzi who got the very best out of Cavani. I rate Pandev, especially as a SS, which he wasn't given a chance to play for Inter. He's technical and he has very nice vision. But he's not even close to Lavezzi, who is faster, stronger and fit like a glove in Napoli's system. I'll dare predicting that Cavani will not have last year's season. Not even close.

Aye.

Nasri close to City 22 Million.
City is assmebling a good team, Mancini will be under huge pressure to do better then last season.
I also read Wright-Phillips will leave.

ManU wants to beat Barca so they'll have to.
And City is coming, I am sure ManU and Chelsea will be worrying about starting next season.
Barca 34mil + Bonuses for Cesc
Nasri and Fabregas, Wenger will be thrilled, now he can replace then with more 18-19 year olds.
They're building a very good team that's for sure.

News on the grape vine is Tevez has told team mates he will stay at City this summer also.
If this is true, then I am even more curious to see who'll replace Eto'o.
It's so retarded to see Pastore's price higher than Fabregas'.

Agree with all of this. I reckon Cavani wont come close to having another season like he just had. Esp if Hamsik and Lavezzi are injured or off form.

I fail to see how Napoli has had a better mercato than ours. Pure bullshit fantasy.

Nobody said they had a better one.

Fernandez (Estudiantes), Donadel (Fiorentina), Dzemaili (Parma), Rosati (Lecce), Bogliacino (Chievo), Mannini (Sampdoria), Inler (Udinese) and now Pandev. It's just decent I think. But they didn't lose many players so that means just more depth. Now, it did hurt them to Lavezzi. They have a good style though, so they can still have a decent season but it's gonna be difficult with CL. It's like Viola before, one extra competition did kill them cause they was no depth.

Napoli with one more quality attacker (depth) and a better defence could aim for scudetto, I guess.

If eventually they could get Rossi, like it's on the news, and that Lavezzi deal with Inter, they would have in Pandev a super sub and that's exactly what they need... quality backups coz CL and Serie A won't be easy for them this year. They have a very strong midfield already and I just point their defence as the weak spot. That and the lack of depth of course, but Pandev and Rossi would do wonders to their season.

Napoli were very lucky last year, so many games ended with them hitting a late equaliser. With Lavezzi gone they will be far far weaker, he was a big part of their team. Who, realistically would they replace him with? Abel?

Right now there's no player in Seri A who can fit into Napoli's systeme and perform like Lavezzi. Losing him will make them lose 50% of their quality. I remeber last when Lavezzi was suspended and they got trashed in SinSiro

If a team scores lots of late goals, it's probably not luck.

One or two late goals might be luck, but there is something more to it if it happens often.

I believe it is usually because of fitness and mentality.
