Reports say Reus has no release clause in his new contract of 8m, him re-signing is a rare moment of a player showing loyalty and staying when he logically he should be moving on. No release clause means you have to pay alot to get him, and the few who can pay that figure I doubt will go for him right now because he is starting to get injury prone rep, he needs to stay healthy for whole season and play his usual world class level to go for the usual 50-80m figure of these days. Logically its likely to be this way due to him re-signing with them. But then again Real arent a logical bunch and I see them as the only ones that might get him this summer for big sum.

Dybala will be on his last year of contract? and if he's refusing to extend then maybe he and his agent has some plans for Zamparini about selling to the highest bidder, no?

not at all.

but even in 4-5years where we could spend such money on players, we wont. simply because we will never offer the same wages other clubs would that could also offer money like that.
dude actually we're much on quantity but imo spending on 1 player what we do on 3 would actually be better.

Back when Serie A was a shining league teams had a limit (first of 1) of 3 non italian players and those player were world stars. We should go that way as well. I mean we should make a team composed of 16 good players and another 9 which should kids we grow from our primavera without the need to buy them elsewhere.

Like we could have a good starting eleven , 5 good subs + 9 primaveras (keepers should be 1 from Primavera and a grandpa just to warm up the bench).
I'd rather have 1 Aguero and 1 Tevez and 3 growing kids then Llorente,Tevez,Morata,Matri + Coman and Pepe.

it's not that simple. wages are a huge factor.

aguero earns 11-12m euros a year. is he worth that much? i think so. but if u offer him that sort of wage in juve, then you also have to offer that or close to that to pogba, tevez, vidal, buffon, licht and so on.

that's happened at city? I don't recall anyone being on such a high wage at city aside Yaya Tourè.
But then again is it 12m aftertax or pre-tax? cause english loves to say pre-tax money when talking about their wages and talking about ours in after-tax shitty ones.

Not as high as the two best players, but you mean the same City which whole squad are on RIDICOLOUSLY high salary, they are the highest paid team in sports in the whole world, they beat american sport franchises, Chelsea, Real and Barca etc. In this list of highest salary sport teams, we arent even in top 15. Thats why City can pay such salaries to Aguero and Yaya, because they give salaries to some of their bench players thats higher then our starters to keep them content.

For Serie A,i think Higuain will leave Napoli unless they win EL.

Outside Italy, one or perhaps both of Bale/Reus will probably be THE big signing(s) of the summer.Bale's departure tho, hinges on Real's interest in Reus.
