I've been meaning to ask you Deneb. How good is Ricky Alvarez? Should we be regretting the fact that we didn't fight for his signing?
not convinced personally, i mean he hasnt even showed consistency in the primera(came off as a sub mostly)

Yes, but I always preferred him on the right, based on the few games he did there. In the left flank he tend to cut too much inside, so when he is on the right at least he can easily shoot with his best foot.

I thought you would say AM, though, because I believe he could perform very well in Pablito's role. The only bad thing about it is that I do not see Gaitan managing the tempo for the whole team like Aimar does.
yeah i dont think he can be effective as an enganche

lamela very close to roma. watched him over the course of the season, spurts of something with mostly nothing his dribbling and agility alongside it aint great onlu thing he brings is direct running, but even then mostly in spaces and then loses the ball. river produced such great talent in the days hurts to see them dry out and fall down. hope they rake some serious money out of lamela.
are you sure you have been watching Erik Lamela?

Ac milan, what's the story of berlescuni and fininvest, the 500mil debt and him lookin to sell the club. ???
haven't heard anything about him considering selling the club. It seems he lost an appeal over a case of unlawfully ousting of CIR in the overtaking of publishing company Mondadori in the early 90s. As a result, he has to pay them 560 mil in civil damages but he will be appealing to higher courts now.
Doubt he will end up selling Milan but may well affect how much money will be available for mercato in the coming seasons should he not win the appeal, at least these are the speculations in the media.

You think he's worth it?
hard to say, but i think he woulda been around 10 mil had he played for huracan, but river plate, boca, and brazilian clubs always hold for more. As for success, one can never know with talented south american players, his game definitely needs a lot of polishing but the talent is there all it needs is the club's patience and support and obviously erik's discipline in following through.
