They don't need to have a clue, a gimp could be Man City's transfer director, they pick whatever player is not playing and happy at one of the top 4-5 clubs in the world and offer whatever the club want and whatever the player want.

Still, before selling any of our players we needed a quality centerback, a midfielder and a backup striker. Now that we sold Clichy, Cesc and Nasri, we need three other players. Buying Hazard would imo adequately replace Nasri, but replacing Cesc is probably more important, our midfield is shit to be honest, and we can't even retain possession anymore. Hazard cannot play in midfield in a 4-3-3, so he can't be considered a Cesc replacement.

Believe me, he'll never go fur less then 25-30, Lille doesn't need the cash since they sold Gervinho and Hazard doesn't want out, if the chance is there, he'll go, but it's not like he'd be unhappy to stay there for one more year so if a team wants him, they'd have to pay.
