We’ll be begging for a regista in January so maybe he’ll come back early.

Why would they need to sell McKennie to bring Rovella back?
Does Genoa have a right to say no?

A mid has to leave for sure. Can't have 7 in a squad. If we end up playing 4231 and not 433, we already have too many.

Haven't seen Rovella lately, but just a reminder, playing for Genoa isn't the same as playing for Juve. Would he be good backup level right now or very good starter level? There are also Tchouameni links for January.

Probably not that many. He ain't a stats padder at all but he's growing rapidly and he's a regista while we're craving for one. So either we get someone better and ready-made or we bring him in and hand him the big stage. Just do it.
Thats the fun thing, Rabiot and Ramsey wont have many assists aswel

Not seen any of his games but I have no doubt in my mind that he’s a major improvement on at least 50% of our midfielders
Not major, but he has started really well. Anyway hold your horses guys, because those are only 3 games, few weeks ago most here were laughing at him. Both reactions are wrong when ig comes to such a young player. The talent is there but he needs playing time, if he can get it at Genoa then that's great and he should milk it as much as he can. Last year he wasn't even starter there, this year he gets op minutes in first 3 games, hopefully he becomes star of Genoa soon

Is it so impressive?

I get it we desperately holding out for a hero, but chances are Rovella wouldn't be it.
We are desperately holding out for a CM who can collect the ball from deep and know what to do with it.
Locatelli’s addition should help but certainly is no saviour.

It’s not hard to look impressive in comparison to what we currently have.

Why?

Genoa stopped playing and developing him as soon as we signed him. Heard our mgmt was pissed. Playing this year.

And yeah, remember Kulu was being compared to Nedved 1.5 year ago. There's a diff between playing with Genoa/Parma and Juve.

Typical conservative mentality you really only see in Italy tbh. Tell that nonsense to Klopp, Tuchel, and Guardiola when they routinely throw teenagers onto the field with zero hesitation. Klopp started an 18 year old vs Chelsea that was playing in England’s second division last season. It’s not wisdom talking, it’s fear.

Harvey Elliott is a wonderkid though. I think sometimes we confuse our good youngsters for the same.
